HOUSE RULES: 1. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS OF ANY KIND INDOORS - $1,000 penalty 2. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED - $1,000 penalty. We can work with you to accommodate additional guests who are not staying overnight but you MUST let us know of these guests beforehand. 3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Noise monitor on site to enforce quiet hours (no audio recording). 4. No parking on the driveway hill aside from the small space in front of the garage and in the garage itself. Absolutely no blocking Unit B car access. 5. Primary guest making the reservation must be 21 years old or older. 6. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon booking confirmation. 7. The Guest acknowledges that the use of the property is at their own risk. The Host is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property. The Guest is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
